From the Tasman Trails Exhibit.
The inspiration behind this painting is the emersion of ocean meets land with a lonely shed hugging the coastline in an enviable position. The Southern Ocean breeze wrap around us, and the clouds gather. The earth smelt of Australian Coastal Springtime, combination of ocean spray and soft rain as we were roadside leaving Wineglass Bay. A celebration of Spring as the coastal flora demanded their space on the canvas.
