Returns
As a sole trader returns are not the rule but the exception and must be notified within 5 days via email. Returns policy lasts 5 days from the date of delivery. If 5 days have
lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately Melissa Corser Studio cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return of the original item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging and
shipping material must be used to ensure the product is well protected during shipping back to Melissa Corser Studio. Please email [email protected] to arrange a
return if needed. Melissa Corser Studio can provide you with a quote from a reputable transport company for the cost of return shipping. Should you wish to return the
original artwork and receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus any original delivery cost that was not originally born by the purchaser.
Once your return is received and inspected, Melissa Corser Studio will send you an email to notify you that the item has been received.
If you meet the above requirements and the product is in the same condition you received it, then your refund will be processed via bank transfer, within 7-10 working
days of receiving it.
Please note: This 5 day return policy does not apply to fine art prints, commissions or furniture that is made to order.


Shipping
To return your product, please email [email protected] and Melissa Corser Studio will email you a return form with the shipping address on it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
It is recommended to use trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Melissa Corser Studio is not responsible for the arrival of your returned item.
